Principle:

 These are alumino-silicate, microporous minerals used as commercial adsorbents. The availability of the zeolite-rich rock at low cost and shortage of competing rocks and minerals are the most important factors for its large-scale use.

 Working of the refrigerator which facilitates vacuum cooling for fruits and vegetables:

The refrigerator runs by creating a vacuum in a system of two chambers to drive a thermodynamic reaction at the given room temperature. The lowering of the vapor pressure of the water drives the water to boil. And to qualify this action, the water must capture heat from the inside space of the refrigerator. The continuous pumping of air by the pump will freeze the water as it continues to boil. After pumping for 10 minutes, the valve to the vacuum pump can be shut and the zeolite container line opened. The zeolite is used to absorb aluminum silicates and can swell up to 30% of its mass with water. The zeolite can then absorb the energy produced by the boiling water. This will continue to boil, to maintain the equilibrium with the vapor phase. It needs to boil for up to a day. It is discovered that a refrigerator was to have a forty-degree difference from that of a room temperature at seventy degrees Fahrenheit to an inside temperature of thirty degrees Fahrenheit. A coefficient of performance of 3.8 would be achieved. After finding the coefficient of performance, it is possible to apply it to the Fourier law of heat conduction. This will, in turn, give the size of the refrigerator.
